Too much to do!

Do you ever feel that you have so much to do that you just shut down and don't do anything? That is how I have been feeling lately. I just don't even know where to start with all of the things that I have to do. Suggestions are greatly appreciated :)

I make a list. In no particular order and then choose from the list which I want to do first. And, I understand your dilemma completely...with all this etsy, blogging, optimizing, web site building, and sometimes actually creating...my head is spinning!
